The Paint Doctor is family owned and operated by a Colorado Native. The company was founded in 1993. We have been in business for over 24 years. We use the finest Master painters; all have a minimum of 12 years of experience, and Journeymen painters with over 18 years of experience.
The Paint Doctor paints upwards of 1000 plus homes a year including doing work for The Broadmoor, Brownstones, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Broadmoor Cooking Club, The Fountain Creek Villas, Cheyenne Mountain Resort, Satellite Hotel, YMCA, Outlets at Castle Rock, Many properties at the Pueblo River Walk, Pueblo West, Denver Capital Building, The Brown Palace Hotel, many boutiques at Larimer Square and many other Colorado Land Marks and properties throughout the state.

They did sloppy work. Got paint on area s not to be painted including blindss. Got paint on our leathe r chairs. Got paint on our carpet. Painted wrong shade colo walls and trim. Was to leave us a gallon of touch up paint for each color, did not. Dont use them.

I changed my appointment to meet their availability. Then their representative didn't show up for that appointment. Things happen I get it. They didn't call or text so I stayed home and waited from 4:30 till 6:30 pm. Left a voicemail that evening for the office and got called the next day. I was supposed to hear back on availability this week. A full day went by today with no response from the rep on an alternate appt this week. I can only conclude they don't need the business AND that courtesy is not part of their value proposition.

Didn’t show for appointment. They didn’t call or text so I ended up waiting around for two hours with no communication. I get it; business must be good. However, it takes only a few seconds to dictate a text that says “I’m running late and can’t make the appt.” When you blow off an appt with no communication you’re telling customers their time has no value. That’s my take on the last 24 hours of trying to deal with this company. If you can’t communicate before the estimate why would I trust you to deliver on what you’re going to sell me after the estimate.

We could not be happier with the job Chad and his partner did painting our living room and bedroom. They arrived exactly on time and were friendly, thorough and professional. We were anticipating a 2 day job and they finished mid-afternoon day 1. Highly recommend!

FIVE STARS! We had a custom stone fireplace project that turned out amazing. We ended up doing a stain and faux finish and the stone looks completely natural like it was here all along. We are thrilled with the results. I highly recommend this company as they are reliable, responsive, and provide quality finishes.

After getting bids from 6 other paint companies (from big names to mom-n-pops), I decided to get one last bid when I received a flier in the mail. Brian and his team were very communicative, easy to work with, and, above all, did everything within their power to make sure we were happy. I've gotta say, they did a stellar job at an excellent price.

I would recommend that you don't do business with this company. cannot even keep an appointment, and after breaking a number of appointments that i stayed home for, i finally told him to forget it. he then goes out of his way to call us back to tell us that he's happy because he would'nt want to work for such inflexible people. absolutely outrageous!
