Simply put, Pam and I got exactly the home that we wanted, and had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Everyone at Sumner Construction was helpful and friendly. Bobby, Megan, Sammy and all the subs and suppliers worked to make certain we were satisfied with all their products, workmanship, and the final home. We are very happy, and enjoying both the home and neighborhood.

These guys (Bobby, Megan, and Sammy) are the best people to work with. The cover all the bases with super organization. They use only high quality materials and expert sub contractors. I would without any doubt use them to build for us again!! They have come back to take care of those items that pop up after moving in the house!!
