Services
A portion of all Greenleaf Barn bookings are donated to the three local non-profit organizations we are currently sponsoring. Broken Arrow Neighbors is an interfaith organization that provides basic needs emergency assistance to more than 11,000 financially disadvantaged people in the Broken Arrow area.
Our maximum capacity indoors is 200 guests. If guest list exceeds 200, the outdoor space must be utilized as well. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for converting the ceremony space after the ceremony to provide for reception seating or guests will need to sit at the reception tables.

Having our wedding on 11/20/2021 here at the Greenleaf barn definitely exceeded our wedding expectations and made our day better than we could have imagined. The barn was so spacious and beautiful. Laura was super helpful with everything and quick to respond when we had any questions. Thank you for having this beautiful barn to help us celebrate one of our special days 😊

Absolutely perfect! We just had our daughter’s wedding reception at Greenleaf Barn in September 2021. We could not have been more pleased with the beautiful setting inside and out. It was a Saturday wedding, and we had access to Greenleaf for the entire day/evening. Greenleaf has a lovely Bride’s room which provided a place for our daughter and her wedding party to get ready for the late afternoon wedding at our church in downtown Tulsa while also being able to oversee and help with the setup of the reception décor. The groom’s room also has a big screen tv…greatly appreciated during football

The greenleaf barn is a DREAM!! So many spaces to have you ceremony, inside, outside in multiple locations with beautiful back grounds. The venue comes with plenty of chairs and tables, even a nice wooden farm table for the lucky couple. Plenty of cleaning supplies provided, a prep kitchen. Separate rooms for the parties to get ready in. A provided mobile bar for your use AND they allow you to bring your own alcohol with a very cheap insurance! ($125 for 200 people.) Laura is very knowledgeable and helpful! This family owned venue really goes out of their way to give back/boost the local economy

This is a beautiful, close, & cozy venue. The dining room, dance floor, bathrooms, VIP suites, & efficient kitchen layout make this small town hidden treasure a dream to celebrate & work in. The owner is local and very well versed in providing the classic Oklahoma charm; professional & personable at the same time. I challenge anybody else who says different. And I have celebrated and worked as an outside caterer here before. Will always come back!!!

It’s sad to see that someone posted a 1 star review due to the fact they didn’t get their contract turned in and others did for that same date. That doesn’t give you the right to give bad reviews. This place is gorgeous and the owners go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and taken care of. I’ve held events here and attended many events here, and all with great experiences. They also give back to their community in so many ways. I wish I could give 10 Stars cause they deserve it!! Can’t wait to hold my next even here in 2 months!
