I was born and raised in Galveston, Texas. I attended college in the piney woods of East Texas at Stephen F. Austin University. After college, I attended dental school at UTHSC in San Antonio, graduating in 1989. Over the next four years, I served in the United States Air Force as a general dentist in Denver, Colorado at Lowry AFB.

My wife, and I were totally impressed with the doctor, the staff, and the clinic. The doctor was exceptional at explaining what was needed for my daughter, was personable, and was super friendly.
The staff was very friendly, polite and had big smiles.
The clinic was very relaxing, very clean, and was decorated in a manner I have never seen….with guitars, music legends, pinball machine, message chairs, etc. it is awesome….
I would recommend this orthodontist to all….

Honestly, I didn't think it was humanly possible to straighten my son's teeth. Dr. Megna and team did a spectacular job and my son loves his smile once again. Dr. Megna's skill, years of experience, creative & innovative thinking, and patience made all the difference. The staff is no slouch either - wonderful human beings who are patient with your busy schedule and always make time when you need them the most. Impressed, from the moment you walk into the office to the time you leave every person you encounter takes the time to acknowledge you. The professionalism and knowledge of staff is unprecedented. This office had great reviews on yelp so i was expecting good things coming into this office. The building was very nice as well. I came in here to get my permanent retainer repaired because the metal wire popped out of the glue holding it to my tooth. The orthodontist proceeded to do the operation. After the drilling and scraping ended i went to feel with my tongue and realized he removed the entire glue and metal wire from that tooth. Now i had my front 5 teeth covered instead of my front 6. I expressed my anger and concerns to the doctor and the only solution he offered me was to remove the

Sitting in the office now and thinking about the fact that we are half way through with my 3rd child's orthodontist experience. While you don't normally think of customer service when you think about braces , I really need to mention it . I'm a student of customer service and am always looking to improve my own. This office takes that to the next level. Office is always clean and pleasant. We love Dr. Chris Megna! My daughter is only 9, but I know we're going to have a great relationship and orthodontics experience with Dr. Megna and his staff over the next several years.
Stone Creek Orthodontics is very kid-friendly, with exceptional staff, and Dr. Megna is very knowledgeable and understanding. Great "bedside manner"!

By far the best! Everything about this office is wonderful! The facility is decorated with such joy, children and adults alike can appreciate. The staff is truly one of a kind. I've been a patient for just about a year now and as a 30 year old adult with braces, I couldn't be made to feel any more comfortable. I recommend this place 1,000x over!!
