The Moser Law Office is a Kansas attorney office which was originally founded in 2006 when Charles Moser decided to return to his hometown roots in Western Kansas and begin a general practice. The Moser Law Office is located in the Wilson Law Building, a building steeped with tradition of providing legal services to the community, as it has been home to a law practice since its beginning in the early 1900's.
In 2015, Charles was joined in his practice by Bret Mangan. In addition to their private practice, Charles and Bret serve the Greeley County, Wallace County and Sherman County communities as County Attorney and Assistant County Attorney. They also serve as City Attorneys for the City of Tribune. Yes, we know municipal law, but we are also well-versed in many different forms of law which you can find here in our practice areas.

Charles started practicing law in 1990 as an associate of the firm of Spradling, Alpern, Friot and Gum in Oklahoma City, practicing in many areas of the law, but spending most of his time with commercial litigation. In 1994, Charles joined the law firm of Norman & Edem where he focused exclusively on a litigation practice, primarily representing individuals who had been catastrophically injured or had suffered the loss of a loved one.
As a general practice, full-service law firm, the Moser Law Office can satisfy a wide range of client needs from contract and will preparation to complex litigation matters and business transactions. Though Charles' legal background has been primarily in the area of litigation, his litigation experience on a wide range of matters has provided him the appropriate mix of legal experience to handle all aspects of your particular situation.
