This place is fantastic! I had a dental emergency and they got me in the next day to get it looked at, I wasn't even a current patient. Dr. Gingrich was very nice and explained everything to me in great detail. I had went in with a cracked tooth and she removed it that same day. I was very thankful for the serious conversation we had about my dental health because it was a big wake-up call for me to start caring for my teeth. I could definitely see myself going here more often while at school at Ferris. Overall, a very great place!

This was My First Time To Gingrich DENTAL And I Can Truly Say I was Pleasantly Surprised By The Excellent Customer Service And When I entered inside the Doors I felt This was where I needed to be. I felt Accepted, Respected and Treated with Dignity as I Should be at the Age of 65. We discussed Options and This Dentist Allowed Me to make My Own Decisions Without Pressure. I Loved This. I'M kinda New To Big Rapids MI and asked My Cardiologist where should I find a Good Dentist And Dr. Konrad recommended Gingrich DENTAL and I see Why. Dr. Gingrich is awesome..makes you feel comfortable, honest and genuinely cares about her patients. The staff is A+ in my book. From the first phone call with Tracy and everyone along the way - 100% customer service always.
They have excellent safety precautions in place. Felt safe at all times.

5/21/21 I had to have my #3 molar removed. I was so anxious! Michelle, who was the dental assistant working with me, was absolutely wonderful. She kept my mind occupied before Dr. Margaret came in to take a look & numb my mouth/tooth area. And continued to stay with me while waiting for the medication to take effect.
Dr. Margaret is a calming presence. When it was time to remove the tooth, Dr. M. was compassionate & also very conscious of my anxiety. It wasn’t an easy molar to remove, but Dr. Margaret is a very skilled dentist. It came out & I am on my way to healing. Thank You Dr. Margaret
