I was very happy and blessed to have found this business. John was very polite and professional he took the time to explain what he was doing as he searched for my problem. John took the time to explain how my heat and air pump works, he explained the inner workings of the unit and how crucial it is to keep it serviced. I feel like he was very thorough and he didn’t mind me looking over his shoulder asking a million dumb questions, some people seem to be in too big of hurry to do the job right or seem annoyed with a customer’s question. I called on a Saturday morning and he came out right away. He was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He didn’t mind that I asked questions and he treated me with respect. He talked me through everything he was doing and explained why it was necessary. My house was sitting at 76* and before he left it was already down to 72* and cooling like a champ! He also gave me advice on what I could do to prevent future accidents and repairs!! 10/10 would call again and highly recommend!!
