Don't even want to give it such high reviews because I want the place to myself!!! It was amazing. The pool was warm enough in January for Arizonans to swim and the hot tub is big and perfect temperature. The kids had a great time at the club house. We will be back!!!

Great clubhouse. We stayed in two different units and both were very nice, clean, well stocked, and just what we were looking for.

Zion Village resort billed itself as a family friendly, close to Zion and great place to vacation.

It is dirty, smelly, so full of construction you can't hear yourself think, and getting back and forth to Zion is an hour trip.

There are so many closer, clearer, better priced options. SKIP THIS RESORT

Aside from the college age group of kids drinking in the hot tub, it was very enjoyable! Clean! Ample parking. I stayed for a women's retreat and there was plenty of room!

Amazing pool with splash pad area and lots of grills. We came here for a family reunion with about 30 people and we all fit in one townhouse. They are huge! Lots of bathrooms and big kitchen. Keep in mind this is not a hotel though, there is no receptionist or staff in the clubhouse to help with things over a holiday weekend or during the night. You are pretty much on your own. There is a gym and pool table in the club house. Ping pong table in our garage with lots of pool toys. Two fridges and two laundry rooms in the house. Walmart and Lins grocery within 6 minute drive. So close to the national

My grandchildren were very ill from swimming in the pool area!
Please STOP and read this BEFORE you book at Zion Village Townhomes. We saved money to take a family trip to this "resort" March 28-April 2. We took our entire family including our 6 grandchildren under 5. The MAIN selling point was the pool area which looked beautiful on the video presentation.
The first day we arrived the pool area was swarming with people. No lifeguard, no regulation against the number of people allowed in the pool or hot tub. Within 24-48 hours after swimming, ALL my grandchildren became ill (except for the two

Amenities were nice, 3 of the 4 beds were comfortable as expected at the price. I wasn't thrilled that there was camera installed watching the hot tub area and the property manager called on 3 different occasions to coach us on hot tub use (how to install the hot tub cover). Also, several of us couldn't sleep well with how hot it was in the unit. The thermostat was locked so we couldn't lower the temperature. When we called and asked for it to be unlocked the response was "open a window". Also, when we arrived all the garbage cans for our unit were full from a previous tenant. We were instructed

We rented a home through VRBO, but this place is just great. The location to Zion (30 minutes), Sand Hollow (10 minutes) and everything around (St. George about 20 minutes), it was a great meeting place for our family to experience our first trip to Utah. The homes are amazing, there is a lot of work going on, but nothing that interfered with any of our time, or sounds, or anything like that. They clubhouse is awesome with pools, jacuzzi (could use one more jacuzzi - it was always packed), rock slide and lazy river with fire pits. This place was great! And the neighborhood looks at Zion and over
