Medford Veterinary Clinic is a full-service veterinary facility. From advice on pet selection to providing the care needed to take your pet from youth to senior citizenship, we are your pet's family doctor. Pet health evaluations, annual physical exams, preventive vaccinations, parasite control, laboratory diagnostic tests, surgery, dentistry and senior care are all part of the care that we can provide.
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
Please isolate your new puppy from other pets until we have examined if for any contagious diseases. Fecal Testing/Deworming: All puppies need to have a stool sample checked for parasites (worms). All puppies should be dewormed multiple times. Vaccinations: All puppies need a series of vaccinations starting at 6-8 weeks old.
We want to provide our clients with affordable preventative care to help their pets live a longer, healthier life. Each plan includes different covered services, and participants also receive substantial discounts on other services. You can have the peace of mind of knowing that your pet's essential health needs are taken care of.

I am new to Northern Wisconsin/Medford. I took my 18 week puppy, Maltese, Miss Molly. We went there for a follow - up check due to ear infection that was treat in Milwaukee. We were treated with kindness and professionalism. The vet found that Molly has allergies. The bill for the vet visit and special shampoo was very reasonable compared to vets in the Milwaukee area. I will definitely come here for all of Molly's healthcare needs, Thanks Medford Veterinary Clinic for doing such a great job.

I am new to the area and my neighbors all referred me to North Country Vet Clinic in Phillips. North Country Vet called in a prescription to Medford Vet Clinic since I was in the Medford area on the day I needed the medication. Medford Vet charges 3x what they do at North Country Vet Clinic in Philips for the exact same medication. After reviewing the receipt, I went back to address the "type-o" thinking it was an error. They simply said, "that's what we charge". Item: Panacur Dewormer. At Phillips $14.84. At Medford Vet Clinic $41.93. Both are Panacur, not off

THE most inhumane vet I have ever been to. They euthanized my cat without a sedative and had to do it twice to get it done. It was the most horrific thing I have ever had to witness in my life. He was screaming in pain. I sent them a letter making them aware of the what had taken place & 2 months later, not even a response. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THEM. These people are heartless and have zero respect for animals.
