If I could choose zero stars I would. Nick showed up the first day to restore my terrazzo floors and put cement in the existing holes. He said he would be back the next morning to complete the work. I called him around 4pm the first evening to tell him that my dog had scratched up one of the holes and he said he would fix it tomorrow. Well tomorrow never came. Around 10 am I called and it went straight to voicemail. I tried texting as well for an arrival time because I had errands to run and it never went through. My number was blocked. So unprofessional.
