At Dentistry For Children, we agree with The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) when they recommend you find your child's "Dental Home" by age one or when the first tooth emerges, whichever occurs first. It has been shown that establishing your child's Dental Home provides the opportunity to implement preventive dental health habits that keep a child free from dental/oral disease.
Everyone wants a beautiful smile but there are many people who suffer from dental anxiety, feeling extreme fear that keeps them from attending dental visits. We want all patients to receive excellent dental care in spite of their dental anxiety. To this end, we offer in-house IV sedation dentistry from our board-certified anesthesiologist; Dr. Jay Patel, to ensure the comfort of our patients.

Dr. Rupali Shah, wants to help give you the best possible experience. The orthodontist will take a look into your mouth and determine if your teeth need some help to be aligned.

Dr. Sultan and his staff are wonderful. They are respectful, professional and gentle with the children they serve. On top of that you can tell they enjoy their work. Dr. Sultan always thoroughly explains his findings and also gives you time to ask questions. He never rushes while answering your questions either. They are very busy and always respect your time. We loved this place! Our 6yr old daughter was so nervous before we got there. As soon as we entered the door it was full of colorful magic and she smiled from ear to ear! They had a welcome sign, welcoming her and the few other children who had appointments. She was so excited to see her name on the sign. The wait was very short and the staff and dentist were all super friendly. We got home and she has already asked multiple times how soon until her next appointment!

Had our first visit today. Had the best experience start to finish. The girls up front were super nice. The hygienist and dr were also really great with my daughter; it was her first time and she was scared/not having it but they were really accommodating and really warm. The office is also very clean and inviting. Would highly recommend.

We've been going here to see Dr. Spiegel years. Dr. Hassan is the new owner of this practice. I was extremely surprised when I took my boys to find NOT ONE person from the previous staff. We had to fill in much more paperwork. Since my husband and I were together with the children, I stayed in the waiting room filling out the papers, while the boys went to the back with Dad. I've never had a problem with Dr Spiegel doing routine cleanings for them as their gums are sensitive and the hygienist wasn't as gentle. I made an appointment for my children three months in advance. I asked the office staffperson if they accepted Aetna. She said yes. We rearranged our busy schedules, filled out all their paperwork, and waited months to bring the children to their appointment. It wasn't until we were standing in the office the day of our appointment that they told us they only PARTIALLY accept Aetna and that we would have to pay $45 for each child for their appointments. Just had our third visit here with our 3 year old son and we couldn't be more pleased! It's always a quick and painless visit. Dr. Sultan is great and super informative. The ladies at the front are always a pleasure. And a super shot out to Lisbeth who remembered that my son liked The Nightmare Before Christmas and took it upon herself to get him a little something from the movie!
