They said there would be a reimbursement to my account because I double paid on my policy,instead they processed it as the next months payment which in return caused an overdraft fee to my account and would like keep the overdraft fee reimbursed, this was caused by them doing what they claimed they were going to do. Very disappointed in the service I received.

Ben was there the day of our house fire with a check for immediate expenses, he made sure we had a place to stay, and he even brought a contractor out that day. That contractor did our entire restoration and we love it. He actually cares about his customers and went to bat for us when we needed him too. A great business to work with! Our family highly recommends him.
