Contractor removed and replaced 1 and 1/2 sheets of plywood after removing 20 year old thin fiberglass shingles and vent. alcar393@gmail.com had to tie into a 20 yr roof. Three tab shingles have to be pried up an sealed down with tar. Contractor has a 1 year guarantee in plan view in contract. Costumer did not call back for service call. Alcar maintains about 900 units and 200 warainties. Customer and would gladly went back to inspect tie in.
