Kristina received a Bachelor's of Science Degree from the University of Utah in Family and Consumer Studies with a minor in Psychology. She also received a Master's Degree from Brigham Young University in Social Work. Kristina worked at an inpatient facility for over six years. She also spent years working with clients in an outpatient setting.

I came here to seek a new counselor. by first impressions i was disappointed. i dont want to say to much for the 1 star that i give this place, as getting any services from them was difficult in itself, but if i am to go back and things change i will consider changing my rating.
in the short time i spent here it seemed to be more business than providing the services that they give.

I am so thankful for Aspen counseling! Not only is it a safe, professional environment, it’s also a place where one feels loved, accepted and understood. They’re so easy to work with and understanding especially is tricky situations. Our family has been through some really hard things over the years. Aspen counseling has given us a safe outlet and a place where we can all learn and grow. They have helped both of my daughters and my husband and me as parents. I can never thank Aspen enough for what they’ve done for our family!

10/10! Roy was such a wonderful therapist, I have never felt more emotionally stable as after working with him! I cannot recommend him enough. With his help I overcame so many of my personal issues, and my husband and I were able to overcome problems in our marriage before they had time to fester and tear us apart. I feel like he taught us how to find more joy and satisfaction in our lives and relationships, and I don't know why anyone wouldn't want that! My husband and I now both feel happier than we've ever been, thanks to Roy's counseling.

I have had two of my kids work with the team at Aspen. The director and the counselors there are some of the best I have seen and we have seen a few. I am always impressed by the questions asked and advice given. It tells me that their number one priority is what is in the best interest of my family not what benefits them the most.

We've been going to Aspen Counseling for about 3 weeks now. So far, the staff has been wonderful to work with. KaeCee has been very good in working with my son and attending to his needs. I have seen a huge change in him and feel that this is going to help in throughout his life in dealing with his mental health. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility for any therapy needs for adults and/or children.
