With a career that is almost at the 10 year mark Charles King has made it his mission to capture, document, and create stories through the lens of his camera. I grew up in the picturesque mountains of the Shenandoah Valley, which provided me a great appreciation for the beauty in everyday moments. In the beauty that often goes unnoticed.

We hired Charles at Shenandoah Conservatory for our senior capstone project at NYC’s iconic 54 Below. Charles came out and shot the full video of the performance, took photos throughout the night and edited all the footage for each student to have. We couldn’t have been more please with the entire experience from the cost, the outstanding quality, all the way to the interactions with the C King Media team. What stood out was the ease of booking, running the event, and how he took care of all logistics.

Charles is amazing at what he does. I get so nervous in front of the camera, but his fun and kind personality put me at ease. His video-editing skills are top notch. I plan on using him for family photo sessions in the future and would definitely recommend him to anyone with any videography/photography needs!!

I can’t stress enough how amazing our experience was, hiring Charles to photograph our wedding was an excellent choice and worth every penny. He was in contact on a regular basis leading up to the wedding. We hired him only a week before our ceremony because our original photographer had cancelled at the last minute. Charles sat with us for over an hour answering our endless questions (my mom was with me). He showed up ready to go on the morning of the wedding and almost 30 minutes early which put everyone at ease. He blended into the wedding and he was fantastic at directing group photos and

Charles is a absolutely amazing photographer and the consummate gentleman. His attention to detail was clearly event when my wife and I sat down to review the pictures from our event. I had an incredible time at my photo shoot with Charles! He put me at ease and made me laugh. I was able to relax and just enjoy the experience. As a result, the photos came out beautifully!! I can't even pick a favorite. He even helped me find a makeup artist to come to the shoot, which meant that all I had to do was show up and have fun. He's an amazing photographer and I will be working with him again! Highly recommended!!

My fiancé and I had the joy of working with Charles during our engagement this past weekend. He was so fun and kept things happy and energetic the entire time. He is so charismatic and puts an unbelievable amount of effort into making sure you love the final product! I cannot say enough great things about Charles King as well as his team who did the photography/videography for my surprise engagement. He went above and beyond to ensure that this event was captured without my knowledge so that my fiancé could surprise me with a flash mob proposal. Charles captured the emotions and pivotal moments of this event amazingly well. The quality of his work is superb and he is a pleasure to work with.
