Reestablishing normal motor control and function of the bones, joints and muscles is paramount after injury and/or surgical intervention. As therapists, trainers, and coaches, we understand the demands athletes place on their bodies. We develop individualized exercise programs to enable each athlete to work towards his or her potential.

Worked mainly with Shannon over the past three months following a knee replacement. She is both friendly and professional, listening to my concerns and encouraging me with manageable exercises to do at home as well as during my therapy sessions. Achieved my goals in just 11 weeks. Other staff members are also pleasant and capable. The facility is clean and welcoming and conveniently located. I will recommend them to friends and definitely return when I have my second knee done.

I have been going to Allison Rector for over 15 years for everything from Sports related injuries to the recent world of Arthritis. She really thinks through what your body is trying to tell you and provides lots of options for treatment. She continuously improves her understanding and education resulting in her having more options for treatment than most physical therapists. She is a caring, smart lady and she is exactly what you want to help you work through your challenges. Two convenient locations and you can see Allison either at the Colorado Springs office SE of Powers and Briargate Pkwy
