I had a great experience here. I'd been shopping around for ages (literally a couple of years) for a budget but quality paint job for my '87 VW Vanagon that I've been in the process of restoring. I was hesitant to even come in here after reading some of the negative reviews, but was in the area, so pulled in to scope it out.
I ended up having a good conversation with Gustavo. I'd also been talking with Maaco, but from Gustavo's walk through of his team's process got the impression I was going to get a much better job done here, so booked it in on the spot.
Overall, I will say the job wasn't perfect

CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF $3500 IS A REASONABLE PRICE? So i accidentally scraped one side of my car against the wall, leaving some damage on the front and back fender and some small dents, scratches on the doors. still able to drive it around but i think its best if i get it fixed to prevent future internal damage. can anyone give me some insight?

Where do I begin? I only needed to have my front bumper repainted because I wanted a refresh as the paint was starting to dull. It took 3 weeks to get my suv back. When I finally got it, they over-sprayed (with blue paint) the corner of the headlights, the left fender, the radiator grill, the front camera (which I warned them about when I dropped my car off).
They didn’t remove the license plate frame so they didn’t paint underneath and basically there is no gap between the bumper cover and the license plate unit.
They also took the bumper cover off and didn’t re-align it with the body

Paint job accomplished well; we hope it holds up after a year. Their wall posters in cust sitting are is misleading. I paid $930 for paint job, wall poster says $900, life time warranty; however, info I received, warranty is only 3 years. Perhaps, communication is a barrier. Getting it in writing!!

Be aware and try to ignore this place if you can. This body shop will take advantage of you somehow. Especially the guy name Gustavo he claims he is the owner and He is very unprofessional, rude. He is not a trustworthy person. He took advantage of my 85 years old grandmother.

Gustavo, owner and quite knowledgeable, his brother and the guys in the body shop are the best. Body work was immaculate with super quality paint job—the clear coat blew it up; get many compliments; she is gorgeous. They are more than fair, and kind with great personalities. Thanks guys!

Gustavo (owner) is super nice. Very professional and shows me how much every part costs and assured me I’m always getting the best deal. I’ve been here multiple times with great results, so next time something happens to your car take it here!

Took my 1975 Vw Bug in to get machines sanded and primered. Now the truth comes to the light. The car was not sanded and primer was applied over the old red paint. so Now the car look even worst than it did before i took it in. Place is now under new ownership and nothing can be done but perhaps a discount on new work order if i elect to do so. After giving this some consideration. I think Earl Scheib should stand behind all their work for life. If Earl Scheib promises a job and doesn't deliver. It should not matter who is the owner of the franchise comes to be. It is still under Earl Scheib's

I brought in my car to have a plastic replaced. After getting as estimate, I sent it to my insurance company. Then the insurance company asked for something printed, not hand written. The estimate he gave me was hand written. He said it will be 100$ more expensive and he will send me the estimate tomorrow at noon. It never came. He said he will send it the next day. I texted them and no response. Here are the screen shots below. Waste of time with this place!!!!

Worse auto body. Over promise but under deliver. Forget the body work, even the suburban sign started falling off from the car. I need to get a good wax done because there were white things all over the car. Whoever the manager is, very rude and not professional at all
