Critical: Professionalism
She is very rude! I work in the same shopping center as her office and currently have a cast on, I normally park across the parking lot but needed to park closer for this week. She came out and was very rude to me telling me I can’t park in front of her office in a public parking lot.

Good people, good company. I’ve had State Farm many years ago and they were excellent. Prices were very competitive and reasonable but you get a real agent working for you. Cathy is awesome and so is Nishia. Both very nice and very friendly. No pressure either. You won’t go wrong with them.
