The technology in our machines gives us the ability to stitch on shirts, hoodies, jackets, beanies, hats, backpacks and more.
Our sister company, ScreenPro allows us to do both embroidery and screen printing under one roof. Whether the minimum of 24 pieces or a run of thousands, our 8 color press can handle all your needs. Pantone colors can be matched if needed. Promotional Products such as pens, water bottles, key chains and other great items are available to advertise your business.

Services
Vanessa and Bob started in 1999 with a single head embroidery machine in their basement and grew the business to a multi head operation that offers embroidery on hats, bags, jackets, polos, backpacks, duffel bags and much, much more. In 2014 Tabitha purchased the business while Vanessa stepped into a part time position to enjoy more time in other adventures.

Very happy with the product outcome and customer service! I was in a rush and kind of put Craig on the hot seat for a birthday/company gift for my husband. He got it all done just in time and all the shirts looked great and professional. Well embroidered and overall quality! My husband absolutely loved them. I delayed getting branded uniforms for my business because I thought the extra cost was going to be outrageous. I wish I would have looked into it and gotten this taken care of a lot sooner! I actually enjoyed planning my project. I found the owner very knowledgeable. Even though I already had an idea of what I wanted there was plenty of product and examples in the store to help anyone make a decision. I look forward to using The Black Spool again! I had such an amazing experience with Tabitha at the Black Spool. It's a shame there aren't more reviews for this awesome embroidery shop. Yes, it is tucked away and nearly invisible, but once you find it, you have found a treasure. I have had lots of shirts embroidered or screened over the years. I have had moderately good results at high prices. I can't say I have ever been completely unhappy with the quality although it has varied. I can say that I always feel like I am paying a lot!. The Black Spool was far MORE REASONABLE and required less turn time than most shops and
