We hired Eli to sanitize and deodorize disgusting pet vomit and diarrhea stains and, if possible, to remove the stains left behind on my parents' area rugs and bedroom carpeting when their dog was ill for a week. We could not be happier with the outcome of Eli's work. He went way more than an extra mile to make us satisfied customers. We thought we would have to rip out the bedroom carpet altogether, but Eli restored everything to good-as-new! We are an extremely detail-oriented family (maybe even hard to please?), but Eli's work is stellar, and we would recommend him to *any*one, without reservation

Being the skeptic that I am, I question the legitimacy of the ratings. What a pleasure this experience was today! Eli, of Lightning Carpet Care, was very professional, honest, courteous, and FAST! We had three bedrooms serviced, and the work was exceptional. I enjoyed the fact that he wasn’t trying to just add on services or nickel/dime us. He was straightforward and about business! He texts you when he’s on his way, and he responded right away when we called him. This room, in particular, was in bad shape (See photos for before and after), and we are pleased with the results. He’s been doing this for many years and we will definitely be using this company again
