So, I had a minor front end, side accident, however my whole front end bumper came off, leaving me stranded, in my garage. My Son was able to help pop some of it back in, however, I travel back and forth from AZ to Cali, regularly! I have full coverage however, with timing on parts, right now, I was referred to Golden...my savior, Bruno Vazquez, assured me to come back today, Sat, 1/29/22 and would confirm he would make sure I was able to drive my car while we file the claim!

I had my car towed to this place after it breaking down over the weekend. They allow over night drop offs. The staff was very quick and efficient in repairing my car. CARLOS is especially wonderful!! Upon picking up my vehicle, he provided me with such amazing customer service. He removed a large scratch on my car out of genoristy, and his positive attitude made my whole week, which was much needed after dealing with my car breaking down. Highly recommend this place!

My car was towed there, over the weekend, because my transmission failed. They quoted a price and told me it would be ready by Friday. I got a call yesterday that it was ready three days early! Picked it up, this morning. Professional, courteous and thorough. I hope I won't need them again, but I'd recommend them.

My car wasn't starting and I took my car to Golden Auto. Steve, my mechanic, was very efficient and checked everything going on with my car, not only the initial issue. He was friendly and gave good advice. Carlos, the production manager, and Bruno, the General Manager gave my car a beautiful, quality car wash (interior/exterior) and was very kind and timely.
Golden auto has great service and helpful, friendly staff. Highly recommend Steve, Carlos, and Bruno! Definitely will be my go-to mechanic and car wash from now on.

There is no one we trust more with our cars more than Carlos from Golden Auto Body and Paint. We have been to this body shop several times now after major and minor accidents, we got our cars back better than when we bought them new. Carlos is extremely professional, honest, and reliable. Most recently, I backed up and broke my friend rear light and the bumper popped off. It took him exactly 11 minutes to fix and he refused to charge us. He said "I can't charge you for something that took me such a short period of time to fix". You don't meet people like this- anywhere, let

I worked with Carlos at Golden Auto Body & Paint, and that guy is AMAZING!
I'm usually suspicious when I go to the mechanic, but I think I may have just found my new go-to for LIFE. The pricing here is amazing, and so is the service. I needed some extensive work done to my bumper, and I got my car back the SAME day for a fraction of what I thought it would cost.

I had a very good experience here. In particular Jesse was friendly and professional. I had a fairly small repair and they actually took care of it while I waited! Amazingly good service. Everyone in the office felt as though they were part of a very good team. I would definitely go back there if I need work done.

After getting rear-ended, Golden was offered as an approved vendor/shop through my insurance company. After receiving my car back, the bumper was was not installed properly (had many of the clips missing), and new, small dents were present. I had to go back to get the bumper applied properly and the new dents assessed, but upon receiving my vehicle, I noticed that things were missing from my car (totaling approximately $80). They finally reimbursed me after having to ask multiple times, and wanted to fix the new dents, but I have zero trust for this establishment.

This place came recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint! The entire staff is friendly and made the process really easy, I knew my car was in good hands. The project took longer than expected and Sam kept me updated with regular calls. His team did a great job and when I got my car back, it had even been vacuumed and washed!! 10/10 wild recommend.

Evelyn and Anna (or Annie/Anne?) that answered the phones and work on the body shop side are very sweet, and Carlos at the body shop is great. He washed and detailed my car for free after I got mechanical work done and was so nice. They clearly know that great customer service can make a lasting first impression and create a loyal customer, so that's great.
Sam on the mechanical side is great, VERY HONEST, and very fair. He is a busy man and sometimes tough to get a hold of because apparently he runs the mechanical side himself but be patient, he will always get back to you.

Abraham was so lovely and kind to me! He was the one in charge of getting my 2012 Toyota Corolla fixed up after my car endured an accident, leaving the entire right side damaged. Luckily though, Abraham and the rest of the team took such good care of my car and it's never looked better. Abraham also kept me in the loop about the progress of my car the whole time, which I so appreciated. I'm relieved to know I now have a reliable auto body repair shop I can go to if I ever need.

Had a medium box truck reverse into my car and completely crunch the front. Got my car towed here and even though tow guy had great things to say about this mechanic. Turn around was about 3.5 weeks due to needing to order and wait for parts. They did a very nice job and my accord looks better than when I got it!
Staff was very responsive with calls and Carlos did a beautiful job making sure the vehicle was in tip-top shape before returning to me with a nice detail.
Damage was completely reversed!! Would recommend to anyone needing body work/paint work.

I had a small front bumper repair. I was repeatedly placed on hold for at least 15 minutes and transferred again and again. Then they changed the date without contacting me. They price was way beyond what I expected by several thousands of dollars. The dates were way beyond what I was first told. I would definitely not recommend this place. It does seem to be a fraudulent place

My insurance recommended to this place. I went for an estimate for damages to my car. I had already agreed with my insurance that I would be leaving my car here for repairs right after the estimate. Rental car was already agreed on as well. Once the estimate was taken, they tell me I can’t leave it until the following day at 8AM. When I ask why, I was simply told that there was no one there to work on it that day.

This is my first time Using This auto body shop. I originally was going to my shop of choice but Mercury ins suggested them. After going there and deaking with the amazing Robert....and looking up their yelp reviews, I decided to give them a try. I am so glad that I did go with them. The service was terrific and they kept me up to speed with what was happening with my car. I got my car in a week. Super fast. Super friendly and all around helpful. I would recommend this shop to everyone. You wont be disappointed.
