Stephanie Hartman is AMAZING and CARING to helps me heal from an over two - years injury! I’ve been to multiple specialists & PTs over the last two years of my pelves, hip ankle on the right side because of an injury from my marathon training. It's getting worse and worse this Mar 2021, and I barely walked a mile without pain and felt my right leg is not "mine" because it's so weak before visiting Stephanie. I was emotionally exhausted and tired of visiting docs & PTs almost every week for two years.
After seeing Stephanie for a little bit over 4 months, I see myself fully recovered from injury

Great staff. Working directly with Stephanie does not disappoint. She does an excellent job truly caring for every patient and goes above and beyond to make sure your PT plan is perfect for your recovery. I have been recommending her to other moms who need pelvic floor recovery, only wish she was closer to NoPo! Worth the drive though.

I have worked with Sandy and Erin at Life's Work for almost a decade. They have been crucial in helping me get back to high-intensity athletics from a place of being almost totally shut down with 3 separate injuries (a lower back injury, a severe ankle sprain, and a running knee injury).
They are fabulously evidence-based, incredible at diagnostic work (several other failed providers are what brought me to them in the first place), and are great at prescribing a program and adapting to my individual needs.

I had a great experience with Life's Work Physical Therapy. Stephanie was wonderful! I was feeling pretty paralyzed after my injury and not only did she validate my feelings, but she guided me through the recovery process and empowered me to get back to what I love to do. The clinic staff was friendly, responsive, and very cognizant of COVID precautions, making me feel safe to go there during a pandemic. I highly recommend!

Stephanie was great. She helped me find relief from a recurring back injury that has been bothering me for a few years. She was good at continuing to look for new strategies to make sure my whole back was working well. At previous physical therapists, I feel like I had part of my back problem addressed, but never the whole thing at once. I did not expect to be doing this well again. I am very thankful and the people here are really kind as well.

Trauma informed body care. LGBTQI+ allies. These folks actually want to help people. I was in a car accident and sustained a back and hip injury. Throughout my treatment, I was offered resources and information about my injury that I have not received anywhere else. By helping put me back in touch with my body, Zeyla helped me get back in touch with my inner warrior. I have some mental health issues that I work with on the daily and Zeyla was not only accepting, but encouraging. I can't imagine a better group of folks to work with. They even called me over a holiday weekend just to make sure
