TERRIBLE I SPENT 2.5 HOURS SITTING, WAITING in dental chair. Dentist Kumar only spent two minutes speaking with me. A dental assistant let me know another 30 minutes until I receive a basic dental cleaning. There are 5-10 rooms in back half of them filled with patients with only one dentist on staff as confirmed by receptionist. She let me know these are normal wait times. My patience ran out I got up and left the very dissatisfying experience with no dental cleaning. I will never return here. I was able to get a next day appointment for being in pain. Waited 20 mins in the waiting room, took 45 minutes to finally get x-rays done, took another 20 minutes for the dentist to come in and tell me that I brush too hard. I understand needing to get insurance approval for cavities but they were not the reason for my pain or discomfort. I was told that the tooth in pain had bacteria from brushing too hard and to quit using crest toothpaste. If there is bacteria I dont understand how changing my toothpaste will help?? Got the best teeth cleaning today! I wasn't able to get x rays because of my own circumstances and they were nice and helped me any ways :) Very gentle cleaning, where other places are soooo rough, and this dentist gives good, honest tips! I found this place because another dentist kept telling me I had cavities, but I didn't believe them for some reason. I came here for a second opinion and they told me the truth... no cavities, and still none 2 years later :)

I haven't had insurance in forever, so I have numerous dental issues - one of them being a cracked tooth that's infected. They take x days, and then He comes in, tells me "you have an infection" so I start to ask him some questions and he literally walks away while I'm talking. Then he says "open your mouth", literally

Worst dentist ever! I've been there a few times because that was the only place that I found with my insurance. A dentist doesn't care about his patients, sends patients out with infections and no antibiotics, doesn't know how to fix for partials or caps, and it's just not a caring dentist. I was told I had a really bad infection under my cab, he told me I had to see someone else and then had no referrals. In addition, he didn't even prescribed antibiotics!! Who does that? Wouldn't even clean my teeth because he said he didn't want to get near the area??? I found

Ever since I moved to tri-valley, I have been visiting Dr. Sanjay's clinic with my family for all our dental needs. My kids feel at home for they get to watch their favorite shows on TV while Dr. Sanjay performs the procedure. They hardly have any pain. To share my recent experience; I had an RCT which I got done elsewhere about a decade back. It somehow got fractured. I was in severe pain. I was able to get that appointment within a day. It was later deemed that the tooth can't be saved for it had fractured in several places. Dr. Sanjay handled this complicated case really well. I will

From the initial call, this office has provided phenomenal customer service. Melissa was super thorough about everything. Accommodating with scheduling. Clean and spacious. I didn't get the dental assistants name but she was super friendly, knowledgeable and nice. Dr. Kumar took his time with explaining, listened to my concerns and gave recommendations. Don't ever go here!!! Especially if you have health issues. The dentist is rude (although the staff is friendly) the dentists there are horrible!!!
They are rude, uncaring and will let a patient leave in pain because of their lack of knowledge.
The office also does not look like anything they show on the website!

I had my first dental visit here and all of my needs were met with great expectations. The dental office itself is very elegant. The staff is all very professional and friendly. I was able to get an appointment quickly and they are very flexible with their office hours which is great since I do work. Everything was explained to me thoroughly regarding my dental treatment. I will definitely be back to take care of my dental care and I will highly recommend this dental office!!!!

I scheduled an appointment for my 4 year old here. The Dr. saw her for about 5 seconds, said she has a small cavity and we will have to go somewhere else as they don't treat young kids. What? Why do you make appointments for 4 year olds if you can't treat them? Maybe mention this to people when they make an appointment?

If I could give no stars as a review, I absolutely would. First of all, the dentist barely spoke to me from the time I was in the chair to the time I left the office. Second, he told me that I need a root canal and that my denti-cal would only cover 1/3 of the cost. Next, he said it had to be pre-approved by the insurance and that I would also have to be referred elsewhere because he does not do root canals in his office. Update! Yesterday I took the plunge and got Veneers so I can finally have a smile that I love. I still can't say enough about my appreciation and happiness with their care! Dr Kumar is really incredible. I have anxiety with anything related to dentistry and he makes me feel so comfortable and calm. I never thought I would actually love my smile. They mold the veneers right next door and though I didn't remember his name, the guy was really awesome. He matched the color perfectly and my teeth look so natural. Both he and Dr Kumar gave recommendations on changes and helped me to shape them

2 Stars just because of the wait. They overbook patients and the customer service is not god at all. After the sign you in, that's it. They do not acknowledge you at all. The dental assistant, she was good though. She made it up for the lack of communication in the front office. 5 Star for her and 3 Star for the Dentist.

Curious staff, I though I only had $200 but the procedure was $449. The dentist said it would be okay if I returned with the rest of the $449 after the procedure was over. I actually had the $449 so I paid in full. I appreciated that they were willing to work with me. My procedure went well and they were very helpful and had great communication.

When I entered assistant made the same day appointment for me I came few minutes earlier and she was on lunch but doctor welcomed me with a lovely smile, he put me into exam room , didn't took longer than few minutes he listened me carefully, he is very patient , empathetic and professional dentist . Very genuine for sure I would love to recommend him to everyone. He is the best dentist I had here . Did my teeth filling the way I like and wanted, thank you so much and stay blessed ##😊

Brought my three kids here. They usually don't like going to the dentist but they were very comfortable here. Service was excellent! The Dentist Assistants were very nice and caring. She was very patient with my 6 year old (he talks a lot). At first he was scared but after he was so relaxed and comfortable! He felt right at home.

After, reading their reviews I decided to go here and didn't get what I was hoping for. The receptionist up front didn't seem to be having a good day on the time i visited. Nor was she friendly, but the young lady in the back was incredibly nice. The dentist seemed nice but I felt that he was kind of making up numbers when asked about pricing. If not that, then his response was to call back when his receptionist Erica was back in the office. When I would call she was either too busy or never called me back after leaving voicemails. A few months ago my wife's old dentist tried to take us to the cleaner with an estimate of $6,000 for two crowns and a deep cleaning.
So we decided to get second opinion and came here.
The insurance would not cover a second appointment and xrays so they waved the fees which was amazing.
The new estimate from these guys who are totally honest on the work to be done is $2,100. Wow what a difference from the old rip off denist to an honest one.
This place is highly recommended by my wife.

I avoided the dentist for 6 long years, not because I was afraid of what my mouth might entail, but because I didn't know a dentist I could trust!
Dr. S. And his staff are beyond trustworthy. They are friendly, caring, respectful, and they truly want to help you. Dr. S. explains EVERYTHING! Which I love considering I know nothing about dentistry.
Erika at the front desk is great! I appreciate the appointment reminder phone calls because let's be honest... It's very easy to forget you have to go the dentist! And the wonderful dentist assistants
