We were established in the early 1950's and have grown to a staff of 50 personnel with specialists in civil engineering, public/municipal utilities, transportation, environmental, and master planning.

NCI is equipped with state of the art field equipment and computer software for highly accurate surveys and mapping. Integrating sophisticated equipment with our highly trained staff allows us to efficiently and economically produce quality surveys for a variety of applications.
NCI has developed databases for automated mapping processes of a variety of software which allow us to process mapped information expeditiously and accurately conforming to a variety of standards required by individual clients and standards mandated by state and local government.Our staff allows us to devote up to three separate survey crews on any given project to meet difficult and critical scheduling requirements.

NCI has qualified, full-time construction management and inspection staff. We closely monitor construction activities to verify that the contractor accurately interprets design intent and that construction materials meet or exceed the requirements of the contract documents. NCI's experienced construction inspectors will help prevent unnecessary change orders and provide fair and reasonable contract administration.
NCI offers extensive experience in planning, design and construction management for public utility projects. We have qualified, professional staff for all types of public utilities (i.e., wastewater systems, public water systems, and storm sewer networks) to ensure your project is implemented with the most suitable and cost-effective technologies available.
NCI's engineering staff offers quality planning and design for site development and subdivisions. Projects range from large commercial plats, such as commercial and industrial business parks, to small business site designs.
