With over 20 years' experience, Joe has worked his way up from project managing and estimating to Executive Vice President/Operations Manager of RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. He oversees all of our divisions and project managers as well as the office staff. He currently holds a Journeyman's license (AZ & NM), AZ Mechanical License, & NM Plumbing & Mechanical License.
Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED), also known as "green build" design and construction principles, has moved rapidly to the forefront of design-build delivery systems. Projects specifically designed to meet exceptional economic, environmental and socially responsible standards are eligible to receive the coveted LEED certification authorized only by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

We contract approximately 150 commercial jobs per year, ranging in size from $1,000 to $20M.
