Services
Determine the floor plan, exterior type and color: stucco or lap siding, roof: tile or composition shingles, patio area, interior: ceiling height, rooms with crown molding, cabinets, and tile or granite countertops. Ask your Project Coordinator any other questions you may deem important. If you have specific ideas for your floor plan, our Design Center can draw your plans.
7. To re-set garbage disposal if jammed, use an Allen wrench on the bottom of unit under kitchen sink. Turn until contents spin, push red reset button and then turn switch on. 4. DO limit watering to that amount needed by vegetation and shut off irrigation systems during rainy season. 8. DO consult a qualified professional for hillside or slope improvements to prevent erosion.
