Anahata is Sanskrit for heart chakra. A chakra is an energy source or center within the body. Thus, Anahata is the energy that emanates from our heart. It is my belief that this is the center of our soul, from which all greatness comes. My experience has been that we connect to the Universe through this heart center.
Autumn has created her own rendition of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Practice. She will collect a holistic patient profile with applied Western Medical Knowledge, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Elemental (5E) Chinese Medicine. Treatments vary in Acupuncture prescriptions that address the challenges of musculo-skeletal imbalances to deeper internalized processes of the different organ systems and psyche.
She is down to earth, accessible for us non woo woo types, and seriously in it to help people. She showed up in jeans and a shirt, listened to a little of what I had to say and then closed her eyes to connect. She explained what was happening in a way I could understand and she seemed to have no ego about being right or truly psychic.

I'm so grateful that I was recommended to Autumn- my life and the way that I view it has changed drastically.
