In 1983 three aspiring young men, Joe Burch, Danny Hopkins, and Dong Pham, shared a passion for engineering and united with the common goal to provide superior EPC services to the Petrochemical Industry. Joe, Danny, and Dong observed how companies and co-workers were adversely affected by industry downturns which caused high employee turnover.
