Their services were as expected and handled my Father's delivery to our church in a professional manner. What keeps my post to 3 stars is the rude behavior from their Customer Service contact. Even though we spoke two weeks ago when my Father was delivered to their facility, she acted as though she'd never spoke to me and was quite rude when after 2 1/2 weeks I called to inquire about the death certificates. You might assume they would have more compassion than to make their customers feel as though you've interrupted their day. Thankfully, I should never have to deal with them again.

Terrible customer service. I have emailed, called and mailed a certified letter and still no response. No questions answered. My father paid over $13,000 for his wife's funeral. He has never received anything from the funeral home. His wife's jewelry, her pictures, note cards, guest register. We have requested a legible invoice, not one handwritten with lines through numbers. We want to know why a pre paid funeral package wasn't transferred as we were told by funeral home. We have so many questions, they won't give us any answers but they cashed the check. Very unprofessional

Very nice funeral home. Everything looked so nice for my brother's funeral. They had a kitchen area with coffee etc and seating which was nice. The older lady (didn't get her name) was so nice and even wrote my children a note for school so it would be an excused absence. I was impressed. They made a difficult day better.
