Ken is five star!!! Daughter went in to cut her very long hair into a pixie. He did a beautiful hair cut. He talked to her about her hair and was thoughtful in giving her a style suited to her hair.
It's a three star review due to first impressions. We walked in and told woman at reception desk (Katya) we were there for appointment with Ken. Her response was "So? There are the chairs." If Ken hadn't come out to greet and let us know he wasn't quite ready, we would have left. As it was we sat and waited under her condescending eye. Rude, rude, rude.

Not even a hello when I walked in. Too busy with their current customers to even say hi. Comes off as rude and ungrateful. I just had a question but apparently they are too busy when I tried calling and too busy even when I take the time to come in and inquire. I waited in the lobby for ten minutes and they continued to ignore me. Nice place wasted on poor customer service. This salon does not have their priorities straight.

For the first time in years I love my hair! I am very happy with the excellent services at Uranz salon, and recommend it to anyone who wants a great haircut and styling experience, and who doesn't? The atmosphere is relaxing, the salon is clean and attractive, and the professionals there are personable and highly skilled. The prices are in line with other comparable salons in the area, but I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
