As technology advances and cars become more complex with time, cars become more difficult to repair as there are many things to consider such as proximity sensors and autopilot systems. This leads to many incorrect repairs done on vehicles that can immediately or later impair the safety features or overall durability of the car.
Estimates can range anywhere from 5-20 minutes depending on the amount of damages present. We inspect your vehicle, write up your quote, and discuss the repairs and what operations are required. I had the worst experience with this body shop, let's just start off with they kept my car for a whole month to replace my trunk. I wouldn't care as long as they got the job done and right but total opposite. They wouldn't update me on the car, I would always have to call and I had to give my number to the receptionist at least 10 times. I ended up telling them to do my oil change since I didn't want to drop off my car at the dealership right after not having my car for so long. This is a family owned body shop that gave me peace of mind from the moment I stepped in,since they are organized and respectful.Lupe in the customer service answered my calls with courtesy and punctuality.They returned my calls immediately. Best Auto Body Shop out there!! (And Jeep certified!) Steve took care of my Jeep which was a bit banged up in the front. They have incredible, speedy, and thorough service, the best customer service, and great pricing. I dropped my Jeep off Monday morning and got it back in prime condition in the early afternoon -- with the interior and exterior cleaned as a bonus! Highly recommend if you want the best job done for the best prices.

I highly recommend this shop!! They really took care of me after a piece of a car smashed into my windshield on the 101. I had very little time to get this repair because of my work schedule. They let me drop it off Saturday and fixed it in just a couple of days. They also washed my car. I called 10 shops in the area and they were the the most helpful over the phone. Friendly too. Great customer service. Clean office. Good communication. Would come here for another repair.

Had a great experience bringing my car to Ronald's. They were very welcoming and professional. They talked me through all the available options to fix a big dent in my car bumper and helped make sure I was getting the best value. They also cleaned my car on both the inside and outside free of charge, my car has not looked this clean and shiny in forever. Overall fantastic service, and I will definitely be coming back for any future auto body needs and recommend anyone in the area to come to Ronald's as well.

I brought my car in after a hit and run incident. They kept me updated the entire time, worked with my insurance company and helped me get a better estimate due to the damages, they didn’t delay at all and I received my car back within a reasonable amount of time! They were so kind and professional, answered all of my questions, and returned my car to me as good as new. They cleaned and left the inside completely spotless as well. The shop itself is modern and extremely clean. This will be the only place I go to in the future.

So first off I did take a look around to several different auto body shops and boy do I tell you I'm glad I ran into this one! The other auto body shops I spoke to were overly priced and didn't sounds like they knew nothing about cars. Unlike them, ronalds auto body shop are certified, fair prices, great customer service, and amazing quality! They lady at the front desk was very kind and respectful. This place does great work! Their customer service is awesome! Zuly kept me informed and updated with every step. Even when I had questions about the repaired pieces, she dropped everything to walk the car with me, thoroughly explaining and answering my questions. I had repairs done to my front driver side (piece of metal hit my new car while I was driving). They repaired my car in 3 days (during the holidays!) which was super fast. The quality of work is definitely up to standards and beyond. They totally detailed my car inside and out. I was able to pick up my car clean and fresh on Christmas

LOVE THEM!! I was in a small accident and Caliber Collision wouldn't do repairs to my vehicle due to its previous paint job, so I gave this place a call. They took my car in immediately, restored my Nissan to its factory paint, & finished in a timely manner! They also gave my car a nice detailed wash with polished tires! My car looks wayyyyy better than how I bought it! Zuly stayed in communication with me and kept me updated through texts, so I wasn't left in the dark with when my car would be done! Ronald's Auto Body Shop is absolutely AMAZING! I HIGHLY recommend them. I got into a small accident which caused my front bumper damage. I visited 6 different Body shops due to the fact that I have a custom wrap & didn't want it to get damaged or have everything replaced. They are very honest here and EXTREMELY reasonable in price! They let me know my wrap was not going to get damaged and when I picked up my car it looked better than ever & George even touched up my wheels & detailed my car!

I have never gone to a better body shop! There are not enough words to express what a great experience this was. From the moment I first called to the moment I drove away I received five star service. And even better than that, my car left looking better than the day I bought it. I couldn't have imagined a better job being done.

Gee, I have never been insulted like this, and the customer experience was blatant shadiness. For the repair job, I researched several auto body shops and even read Ronald's all positive reviews - it seems the owner only responds to a select few reviews. I noticed no red flags and good work pics, so I gave an extra star since the final product looked presentable, niiicee.

Three weeks ago I was involved in a hit and run accident on the fwy that left my 2014 BMW with damage on both the right and left side of the vehicle. I brought my car to Ronald's Auto body shop on a family referral. Boy am I happy I did, my car looks better than even before the accident. George took great care of me, always answered my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. Today I picked up my car and I'm thrilled at the results! These guys are great. They did amazing work at a fair price. I originally sent them a photo for a quote online and my photo didn't capture the work that was needed correctly. They landed up painting my entire bumper for not too much more than the original quote. I am visiting from out of town and they let me keep my car there over the weekend and while it was being repaired to save me from needing to find street parking while I visiting. They even charged my car (EV) so the battery was full when I picked it up! These guys went above and beyond! They even cleaned the inside and washed the outside

He stated the work would require 3 days, but I needed my vehicle sooner. Ron expedited the work and was able to get my car ready in 2 days. They even gave my 4Runner a full wash without even letting me know. I received my car sparkly clean and it made my day.
Overall I had a great experience with Ron's Auto Body Shop and I would recommend their services.
