I am located in beautiful Simi Valley, CA. I have lived here all my life and know the area very well. I serve the Greater Ventura County area including the nearby areas of Westlake Village and Malibu. I have been painting homes for over 30 years. In that time I also began taking on Wood Refinishing and Wood Restoration projects and found I had a talent for it.
I have also developed my own "patch and paint" method that I use in all my Wood Restoration projects. It has proved itself over time - and has proved of great value to my customers in lowering costs. Over the years, through requests and needs expressed by my customers, I have been able to focus on, and provide for, the more creative aspects of home care and beautification.

Sounded like a good choice, but was wrong. Took forever to return calls. When he did sounded annoyed to have someone inquiring. We were interested in having a painting quote, but he was in-flexible as to when to come by to give an estimate. Ended up doing the painting ourselves and it came out better than pictures on his website of his work. STAY AWAY! Seemed like a CON MAN!

Looked like a good choice but was wrong. Took forever for calls to be returned. Finally came and said he could dye and seal front door and replace side door to garage. Wanted me to purchase items ASAP and I did as I was told. Said he would work on quote over weekend and last minute said was not interested in doing job for some B.S. reason. Steer clear of this guy! You have been warned.

Kevin is excellent painter and handyman. Kevin is a perfectionist, very detailed-oriented. Had paint delivered to home and worked all day. Neat and clean up daily. Always on time, no lunch breaks, gives you a full day.
Also, re did bathroom lighting and took out medicine cabinet and framed and patched, painted and turned out perfect. Offered to help hang mirror, drapes, and put our house in order as we were expecting friends the following day. Results exceeded our expectations, and will always call Kevin for future projects.
