Not a company you want to do business with at all. As a human being, and their new client, I submitted my idea to be reviewed, met with the main engineer Denise who has a Doctoral degree in this field and our conversation went well and he said he would come up with an idea and get back to me in a few days. Fast forward to two weeks later, I call and the receptionist, a very rude lady tells me he would call back. A few days later after no phone calls, I call back again and the same woman picks up the phone and I asked her I have been waiting for Denise to call and she said well he did not call you
