We both worked w/ John Janaszak & Team! They are all extremely focused w/ their work and provided steller customer service! Ours cars turned out fantastic and we were so impressed with their work! The front line ladies were incredible to work with and they have such a streamlined process the whole way through!

Update: got my vehicle back. Let's just say I almost died! They cap flew off and there were only 3 lug nuts on!!! Thank God I brought it to a near by shop and they were able to correct the wrong that Raymond Auto body did! Never ever going back to them!
My vehicle has been in since the beginning of July. They promised it'll be done within 2 weeks. It's now almost the end of August and I still dont have a vehicle!!! It's excuses after excuses!!! My vehicle is my means of income. I'll never recommend them!

It was my first time ever having to get my car fixed because of an accident. From the get go, the gals at the front desk were very helpful and fully explained the process to me. I had the privilege, and I mean PRIVILEGE–because service like this does not come easy anymore–of working with Damon Slaikeu as my car was being fixed from being side swept by another driving merging into my lane. He was very friendly, personable, and honest from day one. He’s very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly how insurance usually covers/works for accidents such as mine throughout the entire process. He not only kept his word on giving me regular updates, but he even changed his means of communication to match mine. I was terrible at answering and returning his calls so he emailed

I was helped by John at Raymond Auto Body. I have a 96 Toyota Tacoma that had its front passenger door and panel smashed. I bought my truck brand new and it has become a part of my family, and I was worried it wouldn't be the same and would be totaled after the accident. John worked closely with me to ensure that didn't happen. When I got my truck back it looked better than it did before it got hit. They even matched the paint perfectly to my 24 year old paint (not an easy task). Like other reviewers have said, they can be more expensive than other places and may take a bit longer, but in my case

Customer oriented and truly takes pride in their quality of work! I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience at Raymond’s painting the rear bumper on my Infiniti G37. My car has a white pearl paint that is difficult to match, but my service rep Damon went above and beyond to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the paint, despite my pickiness. They even went the extra mile and touched up my rock chips on my front end and even bought identical new license plate frames as mine had broke from the rear end collision.
