3D Land Management, LLC is a small family and veteran owned company. It was formed to provide affordable solutions for land owners, generate a sustainable business model, and create local jobs. We strive to build & maintain connections within the industry with both other providers and consumers. Kurtis (Kurt) Dellicker has been involved in agriculture since the age of 13.
Kurt started out working for Alstede Farms of Chester, NJ where he was a farm hand/equipment operator. At 18, Kurt joined the US Army where he served 8 years and deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan. In 2008 Kurt was injured in combat which resulted in an early retirement. After the military, Kurt began helping on the family dairy farm and eventually built a house on the farm.

Clearing is defined as removing and disposing of all unwanted surface material, such as trees, brush, grass, weeds, downed trees, and other material. Land today is more expensive than ever and we want to make sure you get the most out of it. We can assist you with planning, execution and follow-up services.
We charge based on estimates and will always visit the property before starting a project. Occasionally, with enough information, I can give a rough estimate over the phone; however, we still need to visit the property in order to best provide you with an accurate cost. All Excavation sites will be visited and walked through with customer to ensure we fully understand your needs.
