What can I expect at my first appointment? Firstly, thank you for choosing Align Physical Therapy to guide you through your recovery. If you plan to utilize your health insurance, we will need you to provide a few things at your initial visit. Please bring a prescription from your referring provider, your insurance card, and a photo ID.
