All Tech Engineering assembly machines are built to decrease inconsistencies and increase control. Below are a few examples that we have designed and built. Stand-alone manual assembly fixture, including: sensors, push pin drivers, height adjustment, lockable casters, light curtain, gaurding, and pin prick capability.
Our material handling equipment is efficient, reliable, and will keep your employees safe. Below is an example that we designed and built. Sheet metal feeder system consisting of: pneumatic cylinders and valves, adjustable tooling, electric drive and conveyance, ball screw transfer, vacuum cups, guarding, light curtains, and Allen Bradley control panel/HMI.
All Tech Engineering bonding machines and equipment are accurate, reliable, efficient, and safe. Below are examples that we have designed and built. Water heater packaging and box gluing machine, inluding: 20' x 48" conveyor, 20' x 36" conveyor for curing, Valco cold glue system, 8' x 10' mezzanine with control panel, and badge reader.
