Integrity would be the best word to describe R Box Plumbing. I prefer to support local, small, and family-owned businesses. The owner Dmitriy Levko and his son Alex provided excellent service and offered a very reasonable rate for a whole house repipe and installation of a new hot water heater. I am very pleased with the work they did. They even cleaned up the work areas which was much appreciated. We have had R Box Plumbing do several plumbing jobs for us and we have always been pleased with the service. Today we had 2 new toilets installed and Demitriy and his son, Alex picked up the toilets for us at Lowe's and installed. Their pricing is very competitive. We also had them install a shut off valve so that we could turn off the water to our house when we were going to be away. Also they put in a new hot water heater.
They are my go to plumbing company and would highly recommend them.

Wow R Box Plumbing is top notch! I requested for a quote for our toilet to be repaired and I received a response immediately. We just bought our house a few months ago and our master bathroom toilet was giving us problems, it wasn't working properly. R Box was able to get us an appointment the next following day, that's awesome, because we were hoping for our toilet to get fixed ASAP and in the time we are in now we thought it wasn't going to happen soon. Fantastic! R box Plumbing was highly recommended by another 5 star plumber for being honest, reasonable and very knowledgeable. Dmitriy was able to help us with several very difficult plumbing situations, that others were not able to. He explained everything and was very professional and neat. He even researched to get replacement parts for some of our 30 year old fixtures to save us money on replacing them and to make the repair much simpler, thus saving us a substantial amount of money. I have an old house with crazy plumbing, and the good folks at R Box not only answered my panicked text late at no light, they also showed up the next day, fixed the issue, did some detective work and made helpful suggestions on what work needed to be done and what did not. The price was very reasonable and I appreciate not being “upsold” on services. I am so grateful for their help and would highly recommend this company!

Started a project on Yelp. R Box was not the original company that I sent the request to. However, I went with R Box since Dimitriy started asking helpful questions and even gave me some insights to what the problem could be. With his help, I was able to fix the problem myself.

Excellent Plumber with great service & reasonable rates. Had a leak at a property and called Dimitry on a Friday afternoon @4:30PM He dispatched someone immediately to inspect and returned the next day (Saturday) to complete the work. As a Property Manager of over 25 years finding a good professional plumber who does honest work at reasonable rates is becoming more and more difficult!
