In 1941, B. A. "Butch" Imming began selling life insurance in the evening, while working on his farm in Aviston, IL during the day. In 1945, Mr. Imming purchased the Kleine-Schomaker Insurance Agency in Carlyle, IL. He renamed the business to Imming Insurance Agency. In 1976, Butch's youngest son, Dan, joined the agency.
