Paulee Body Shop has been a Los Angeles area institution since 1950, serving drivers in Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Culver City, Hancock Park, and West L.A. Since 1950, Paulee Body Shop has built an excellent reputation in the Beverly Hills-Central L.A. area for performing flawless auto body work, including dent and scratch removal, frame straightening, and unibody repair. Our shop specializes in collision repair for Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Maserati, Tesla, Rolls Royce, Bentley, Volkswagen, and BMW vehicles, and we're certified by 16 auto manufacturers and counting.
Give a signed statement to the claims adjuster representing the other driver's insurance company. Take your car to a shop specified by your insurance agent or to any drive-in claims center for inspection. I brought my Lincoln Navigator in for a repair on the hood- long scratch into the fiberglass. During the entire process the staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Gus and Veronica in particular made me feel like I was their most important customer, a rare thing anymore.

I could not have asked for a better experience working with Paulees Body Shop. About a month ago I got in a collision in Redondo Beach on my way to work. I work at a car dealership so we have numerous vendors that work with us that specialize in every aspect of maintaining and repairing cars. After the collision in my lifted Jeep, I thought all my car needed was an alignment new fender and bumper. I took it to my local places where they told me they were going to take care of it. I have been incredibly pleased with my experience with Paulee Body Shop. I was rear-ended by a young driver who wanted to pay out of pocket (with good reason!) to avoid issues with insurance, and Gus and the team at Paulee went above and beyond to work with us, even arranging a second appointment so we could agree to the work and the cost after speaking with the mechanic. They have since been very helpful in scheduling the work around my schedule, even though it's a crazy time of year in the lead up to the holidays. Highly recommend!

My brand new car which was one week old was involved in a hit and run on Nov 1,2021. My insurance company, AAA who are the best, recommended Paulee Body shop so I took my car there at 2pm that afternoon. My insurance adjuster had already set me up with a rental from Hertz which was literally next door but that was a nightmare in itself. After I got the estimate, the manager said I would be lucky if I got my car back before thanksgiving bc they were so backed up. But he included a free detail inside and out. Please, please, please save yourself a lot of anger, time and potential injury. Due to ongoing issues I am not able to do a full review at this time, however, all I can say is that I have literally bled due to this place. I continue to have issues with my car even years later. Funny enough, they will not even honor their warranty (hence the ongoing issues). Please save yourself before it too late!!! To the extent that it's humanly possible to make my car look and feel clean and new, Gus and his team went above and beyond!!!

I had my catalytic converter from my Prius stolen for the SECOND time.
It was traumatic as I saw it happen, and the first time around it cost me $3000 to replace since I didn't have comprehensive insurance :/.
This time, I was lucky--talk about making lemonade out of lemons.

Beware of this place. While I have had this body shop do repairs on four previous cars prior to this experience, and the repair work on those cars was excellent, this time something went wrong and the clear coat that they applied is falling off. I spoke to Gus, the manager, and and he denies responsibility for their clearly defective work. He left the situation where I have to get my lawyer involved. I understand that sometimes things go wrong but to deny responsibility for their work makes it clear that you should avoid this place at all costs.

The best body shop!! My car fender was damaged, and I chose Paulee Body Shop through Mercury Insurance. I was traveling out of town for ten days, so I dropped the car and, when I came back and picked up my car, I was amazed to see the result. It turned out beautiful and, my car was shining looked brand new straight out of the showroom.
Carlos inspected my car and, Gus was such a nice person. He made sure that I travel without worrying about my car. Horace is the person who worked on my car and, he did a great job. Overall, I had a great experience with them.

I can not say enough good things about Paulee Body Shop. They have repaired my car on three separate occasions and every time I get it back my car looks better than the day I bought it. I don't live very close to Paulee anymore, but when my car was recently hit, I took the extra time to bring it here and it was well worth it. Their work is impeccable.

I had my Tesla repaired in here. They are a Tesla certified body shop. I have been a customer for past 3 years. They are the most honest, professional and courthouse body shop in town. Gus the adjuster was on top of the situation from start to the end and was very professional and kept informing me on the progress of the work. Honestly they bend backwards to keep their customers happy.

It’s rare for me to leave reviews, but I just have to for Paulee Body Shop. I took my car in after my insurance recommended to the location for repairs to my bumper. The customer service is some of the best I’ve ever come across. I had special request to reapply an aftermarket piece to my bumper during their repairs, which they didn’t hesitate to do. The repairs to my vehicle came out perfect. The paint matched perfectly (pearl white) and did a great job of detailing my car. Paulee Body Shop is AMAZING. Unfortunately I was involved in an accident and was hit on the side & rear of my vehicle. They really took care of my car, from the inside out. But it took one week and I was so thrilled to get my car back, quicker than expected.
The staff overall is amazing and friendly. Very accommodating and makes you feel welcomed.

I had a great experience at Paulee Body Shop! Gus and all the staff were very helpful and professional. After doing an estimate on the damage, they were able to order the parts, paint, and do the prep work ahead of time so I could keep my car for an additional week before I brought it back in for repairs. THE BEST BODY SHOP EVER! Paulee's body shop has the best service ever. We recently had a fender bender in a parking garage, and were referred here by a friend. They were very quick in getting an estimate and the service didn't stop there. They went above and beyond at every turn. We dropped off the car and they called the rental company for us and had them pick us up. Originally, they told us it would take two weeks which was a problem because we were going out of town.
