I have to commend Rowand for his exceptional service as he went above and beyond on printing my recent comic book! He went out of his way to make sure the quality of my comic was fully detailed, since it was hand drawn in fine point pen, and I truly loved the end result as you could see each stoke of pen in my artwork in My comic book copies. I will definitely recommend Rowand to all of my friends for all their printing needs (he even makes stickers!) and I'll definitely be a returning customer.

Rowan is the best. I went to him at the beginning of May with a stringent request. I needed a 8 1/5" x 11" perfect bound portfolio printed horizontally with a turnaround time of 3 days. It wasnt a conventional request and he provided a quick solution to create exactly what i needed and..
HE CAME BACK WITH THE BOOK IN LIKE 6 HOURS. Most other printing places only do perfect bound booklets in bulk and take up to 2 weeks to be done. Best printing services ever!!!!!! This store literally has it all! Their equipment is state of the art when it comes to printing. Also, the owner (Rowan) is extremely kind and hospitable. He offered me an iced water, and even designed my own flyer! It came out just how I wanted it. The flyer is around 3 x 4 feet, perfect for an open glass window inside of a business. I ended up leaving as he designed my flyer, then went back to pick it up about a few hours after. The price was $25, but because of how happy I was with the results, I gave him $35. My LaserJet printer broke and I needed to print a dozen iron-on T-shirt transfer sheets for a baby shower (we were making onesies). I called 9 local print shops and no one has a LaserJet printer...except Rowan Espiritu of TIP printing.
He was able to get it rushed for me that day without any extra fee. When one of the print jobs didn't come out quite right, he printed a new one for me on his own iron-on paper...for free. He is very professional and kind! He also does print jobs for the local churches.
I would definitely use his print services again. He also has the large printers for posters
