Sarah answering phones is awesome. A tech was on their way when I finally solved the HVAC issue myself. Was ready to have to pay the service charge since they were almost here but was able to cancel without charge. This experience means Air Services will be my first call when I really do need service in the near future. A+ customer service during my 4 calls to Sarah.

Air Services of the Carolinas is AWESOME!!!! The office personnel is very professional, always responsive & pleasant to work with. The service team was great!!!! Very friendly, professional, attentive to not making a mess in my home!!! Checked everything, made a couple small recommendations that helps us to keep our unit cleaner & working more efficiently. I am so glad we found this company. We can always count on them to do a great job & to work with us if we have issues. Absolutely great company! I called 5 companies and got bids and they beat all of them, hands down. They gave me a great system that has been fabulous since 2019. Guys did a professional job and kept the mess to almost nothing. Power bill was cut by $100 dollars a month and my house is nice and cool during the summer. No more going to the attic to adjust dampeners for a two story unit and air flow is so much better. Highly recommend!!!! Thank you Bill!!!

We had an entire new heating & cooling system installed in our home. This company and employees were great to deal with. Bill came out and gave us a quote with more than one option and he took the time to inspect what we had and our crawl space to make sure we got the system we needed for our home. Their quote was competitive with other quotes we received. The install techs, DJ and Noah, were on time and very respectful. They cleaned up everything when they were done.
