Do not use this company! He will tell you one thing and put something different on the report. He is not trustworthy!
He told us about several problems with a house we had him inspect but sugarcoated it in the report. We were told by Frank the the roof was original to the house which was over 15 years old but put in the report was 3+ yrs because that is what the Realtor that recommended him said. He told us about the garage door being faulty but failed to put it in the report. He told us the A/C unit was old and had problems and would probably need to be replaced but we needed an A/C person to

My wife was looking for a house while I was still deployed. Her primary goal was an older home that was in fairly good shape, as she did not want another renovation project.
Frank and his company played the game of downplaying problems and not doing a complete job so the sale could go through and the realtor would continue to use their services.
The report reads that there is a loose outlet near service panel. Reality, an ungrounded metal box with open wires for the pool pump, using an interior switch.(the entire system is 2 wire, not a single ground in the house aside from the new circuits.
