Downtown Family Dental Of Baraboo

Downtown Family Dental of Baraboo has longtime ties to the community and traces its roots back to 1919 when it was originally founded by Dr. Clausen Stekl. The tradition of exceptional patient care continued with Dr. Robert Dewel when he purchased the dental clinic in 1961. Our focus on dental excellence further advanced in 1985 with Dr. Robert Konen's acquisition of the practice.

Heidi first began working with patients in our office as a temporary hygienist at the beginning of 2012. That same year, Heidi earned her certification in Laser Assisted Periodontal Therapies. A graduate of MATC in Madison with over 26 years of experience in the dental industry, Heidi's diverse background draws on skills learned over time in her various roles as a dental assistant, dental laboratory technician and a registered dental hygienist.

She came to our office with dental experience from her work in the U.S. Army, where she received her certification as a dental technician. From 2001 until 2005, Coty assisted Dr. Konen. While still working with Dr. Konen on occasion, from 2005 to 2014, Coty primarily assisted with Dr. Ganshert.

The best parts about working at our office, she feels, is working as a team, the variety of patient care that we offer and watching people achieve success in restoring their smiles.Her loyalty, dependability, reliability, in-depth of knowledge of the office and her outgoing, positive attitude all contribute to the wonderful, professional environment of our office.

After growing up in the Chicagoland suburbs, she attended and graduated from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree in Theatre Production. Jessi enjoys being a part of an office that takes pride in exceptional communication and transparency with its patients.

She enjoys taking the mystery out of a patient's insurance coverage, providing them with the information they need to make a sound decision and helping them progress with their care.Jessi truly cares about providing a quality patient experience; working hard every day to perform to the highest standard and bringing positivity to each interaction.
