From the moment you walk in the door, everyone is so nice, you will feel relaxed before you even get a message lol they offer hot neck wraps, drinks, and the whole place smells like essential oils. My massage therapist was Kelli and she was awesome! Polite, professional, she explained everything and gave me the best massage! Took away my back pain. Recommend 100%.

Very disappointed with how this business has operated since COVID.
During covid, I tried to call and cancel my membership and after no response I was still charged for the monthly amounts. When I called the manager last summer to report this she basically indicated I was lying.
Then I went to this location twice during the ice storm to cancel my membership and their whole location was gutted. I tried calling and no one picked up again. They still indicated someone was picking up the phones at this gutted location (totally false).
Now I have finally cancelled this membership (beware of signing

Incredible experience - Been an athlete for 30 years - football soccer track and field - and too many injuries to account for . Been looking for a place that can really give me relief and thought I would give Massage Life a try. this was my first experience here and upon entering I was taken back the calming and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was extremely accommodating, kind, professional and managed to get me an appointment immediately with an incredible therapist SUN (btw - I will be going to back to him consistently).

DONT SIGN UP. They don’t let you out if your membership easy. They kept 14 credits when I asked to stop my monthly membership. It’s a racket. My advice is to just get a massage one at time from anywhere. You don’t need to sign up for there membership it’s a WASTE OF MONEY.

With all the stress of this past year, treating myself to a massage helped. The staff here keep a clean facility, taking extra precautions to keep things sanitary and disinfected. From their check in procedures including hand sanitizing and temperature screening to the therapists wearing masks during sessions, they made every accommodation possible.

Love this place! They have great massage therapists on staff that customize your massage to your needs. If you show up early, they offer you a refreshment while you wait in the quiet comfy room (I'm sure it has an official name, but that's what I like to call it). The front desk ladies are super friendly and helpful. & Their retail options are always good. I've tried the dead sea bath salt, the magnesium salt, I've purchased some of the jewelry they have on hand. It's all good. 😊

I was excited to try this place and my boyfriend had gotten me a massage here. It was a terrible massage and the therapist did not listen to what I wanted at all. When we got home my boyfriends cc had been charged twice for the massage!! We called Stephanie to tell of the mistake and she said she wasn't inclined to fix it since we weren't happy with the service and therefore not going to come back! Horrible service and bad business being run here!!!

Just went for my first massage here today. Fantastic all-around experience. Spa is pristine, great temperature and lighting; overall a very comfortable environment which is pretty important when the goal is relaxation.

I don't know what I do less write reviews or get massages, but let me tell you after today I'm glad I'm doing both! I came to massage life center not knowing what to expect considering I hadn't had a massage in over 5 years, the staff are super friendly and the therapist know what they are doing!! Kelvin is a master at his craft and a very knowledgeable person, he really focuses on the parts that need work. I have a basketball tournament tomorrow and have never felt better, I didn't know how tight my body was until I left feeling almost new. Would definitely come back and

Very disappointed in this place!!! I've had several massages here which were great, and I even bought their "membership". I recently had to cancel due to relocation to a different city. I called to book my final appointment to use my existing credit that had been charged to my card. I also let them know on that phone call that I would be cancelling the membership when I came in. So, the day came for my appointment and I was informed that an employee had cancelled my appointment. They must've been confused by my request. I just walked out of my first appointment with massage life Center. I was greeted warmly by Stephanie who escorted me into the comfortable and relaxing waiting room, where I enjoyed a complimentary heated neck wrap and a glass of wine. Already relaxed, I was introduced to my massage therapist David. David was sure to take detailed notes of exactly what I was looking for out of my massage including desired pressure and problem areas. He asked multiple times during the massage if the pressure was appropriate, making sure I was comfortable. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, thanks so much Massage
