Richard L. Meggs Jr. CPA is the owner and principal of Meggs Company LLC. Richard is a graduate of North Texas State University. Afterward, he began his accounting career with Coopers & Lybrand. Consequently, he has accomplished thirty plus years of public accounting experience. The benefits of those years enables Richard to provide a broad range of accounting services.
Richard has been my CPA for 13 years and has, in my opinion, always strived to deliver excellent and professional service. Three years ago I bought into the business where I was employed and he took over the monthly accounting and tax returns for that S Corp. Along with his personal service, Richard provided a review of the company's internal processes and notified us of weaknesses in the company's internal controls.
