Waypoint Sign
Based in Seattle and providing signage solutions across the nation, Waypoint is a different kind of sign company. We design, build and install custom signage, but we do it in a friendly, client-centric, budget-conscious and deadline-oriented manner. Simply put, we drive it like we own it. Over the years we have developed expertise in delivering just the right signage for specific asset types.

We know our lane and we try to stay in it. That said, it's a pretty wide highway! We are proud to serve design, development and construction teams in the multi-family, commercial office and mixed-use spaces. We have also engaged with the public sector and medical community, supporting developments that provide education, services and gathering places for cities and towns.
Services
Waypoint is a design-build signage partner that brings quality and speed together with custom, differentiated signage. We own the signage development process from A to Z resulting in a hassle-free experience for our clients. Waypoint develops comprehensive building signage programs, and then designs, builds and installs wayfinding, code and brand signage for new and value-add developments.
Wayfinding and code signage is one of Waypoint's key focus areas. Our team creates custom, turn-key wayfinding systems. And, as a design/build shop, custom doesn't equate to "budget buster." We can create a package that meets your specific budget and construction timeline, while also ensuring ADA code compliance.
From storytelling displays to engaging wall graphics, our team ensures that artwork seamlessly integrates into the building experience while also meeting installation timeline requirements. Leverage environmental graphics to enliven parking garages and lobbies or to directly to support sales velocity and absorption through thoughtful, targeted leasing and sales office displays.
Waypoint specializes in bold signage that gets results. From large format cable frame banner systems or direct vinyl application on buildings, to unusual aboards to comprehensive site hoarding, our marketing signage captures attention. Waypoint understands the process and procedures to ensure marketing signage is compliant with local government guidelines and can handle all of the details.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words. We could go on and on with words and phrases to describe our signage, but we figured it would simply be better to showcase a handful of actual projects. The case studies included here represent Waypoint's four major areas of focus: wayfinding/architectural signage; property ID/exterior signage; environmental graphics; and marketing signage.

Report
I worked with Phil Jones during a project and he was simply awful. He was condescending and sloppy. My signs turned out fine but they began falling down after only 6 month. This was by far my worst sign shop experience ever.
