Super disappointed with how the communication is handled. I've been to Kelly a couple of times in the past under the impression that I don't need to go to any other stylist ever again but that was not the case.
During the initial lockdown, I had an appointment scheduled and I was never contacted about cancellations or rescheduling. I tried to reach out so many times to no avail. This salon is great. Marissa did Keratin treatment on my hair recently and did a fantastic job. The salon has a very cozy, personal feel to it- you don't feel like your just a number in a loud, chaotic salon. I felt like they really listened to what I was looking for and couldn't have been nicer. This salon is one of the great additions to our town!

Found my new hair place.
I had read reviews and seen the pics of Kelly's (and other stylist's) work online and was very impressed. Booked an appointment with Kelly that I went to today.
The salon is a little place in the back parking area off Farmington near Penzey Spices and Grants. Kelly and the other girls were so friendly and welcoming. When I sat down with Kelly she asked what I was looking for, if I had an pics, etc. I didn't have a pic so I described what I wanted. She totally got it.
I left there LOVING the way my hair looked and thinking what a nice experience this

I went for color correction. My hair went from bad to worse. For the privilege of paying more than I'd pay in Beverly Hills (and I know because that's where I lived until recently moving here) I now have brassy striped damaged hair.
Wish me better luck on my next attempt to fix.

I received a coupon in the mail for a free haircut from Aneeta Li after moving to WH recently. I was super hesitant to get my hair cut but their reviews were glowing so I figured why not. I was the last appointment of the day and had trouble finding a parking spot. I called and Amanda, my stylist, was really understanding about me being 5 min late. I had had a particular difficult day with my kids and just needed to space out. She kept the conversation light and easy. I've been growing my hair out for the last several years and she was honest with how much I need to cut off to keep my hair

My friend is getting her hair cut right now, and it looks absolutely amazing. The amount of communication that goes on between Kelly and the client (my friend) is an example of how these things should be. My friend was really hesitant about going to a different salon (other than the one from home), but I think that this experience is something she's happy with. I'm also a person that's super hesitant about going to new places for haircuts, but I'll definitely be coming here later to get my haircut.

I've been going to the owner Kelly for about 2 years now and have had nothing but great experiences. While my first priority with a hair stylist is that my hair look good, I've had so many bad experiences with poorly run salons that I can't emphasize how important customer service is to me and how this salon has consistently hit the mark. From going out of her way to accommodate my schedule or a last minute appointment to never making me feel pressured to invest in pricy products and only recommending those that are appropriate for me. I followed Marissa here from her previous place of employment and I have been happy. The salon is super cute, never crowded, I never have to wait, and everyone is super friendly. Parking is easy and the prices are good, especially for the quality. They carry good products, but are never pushy. I highly recommend them!
