These guys took a good portion of my security deposit and broke some of the easiest-to-follow rules in the book while doing so.
I lived in one of CEP's properties for 18 months. The place itself is nice. Definitely overpriced, but nice. The unit's air conditioner gave out right on USA's birthday (and 4 days after moving in). It was, as Stevie Wonder sang, "hotter than July" in the house for a week before anyone from management could come and sort it out. In the meantime, I woke up sweating almost every night and tried calling in every day to get the problem fixed. Most
