RIHI renovated our shower. The price was higher than I expected but they guaranteed the price and it was the lowest of the four quotes I received. There was a bit of a wait due to all the shipping delays but… that’s not the fault of RIHI. A few communication hiccups along the way but they were very responsive and quick to resolve any issues. Jay and Greg did the actual work and they were phenomenal- very friendly and professional and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. It’s hard to feel comfortable when you have people doing a job like this in your house but they were very

Very reliable, professional. The crew’s that were at my residence doing the work were very good with the work. Mike the Carpenter is very good along with the other guys. The owner Anthony is very professional and comes to the job sites to make sure the work is going well. Definitely would recommend the company.

For me, they had the best quality product at the most affordable price. Replacement of 12 windows was done before the scheduled date and installers worked efficiently and cleanly. So importantly, the representative stands behind any representations he made. In this extreme cold the windows are airtight and very effectively block outside sounds.
